Negotiating real estate transactions, drafting legal restrictions, and securing public funding require highly specialized skills. By pooling these technical capabilities into a single shared resource, The Compact empowers community-based organizations—whether run by volunteers or professional staff—to execute complex land conservation deals with confidence and efficiency.
